Granite America

I had new granite kitchen counter tops installed in July from Granite America. I could not be more pleased with the service. From my first visit to the office until installation, all went very smoothly. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone who is considering granite for kitchen or bath. The total cost was less than I had expected too!

Granite America was hired to install granite countertops and island top in our kitchen. We selected a style that required ordering, templatimg was required and the project was completed in nineteen days. We are very satisfied with the work.

From beginning to end the service and product was extremely satisfying. My CSR (India) was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable. Exemplary customer service. I absolutely LOVE my granite countertops and so does everyone else. Would definitely recommend Granite America as the place to go for great service and beautiful granite.

The floor staff was great and patient when helping us pick out our granite. The installers did a great job and were very professional.

The representative was very helpful in explaining their product and the process. We were able to walk outside through the displays to browse and eventually choose a product we liked. My husband had questions about how the product would be installed and the the sink mounted. The representative asked an installer to bring in a sink and walk us thru the process. To save costs, we chose a laminate countertop, however, I would highly recommend this company. The experience with them was informative and helpful The products displayed were really nice quality. Dollar for dollar this company offered a better product and service than several others we visited.

Sarah was incredible helping us pick out the countertop for our kitchen however, after the sale was made it was the worst experience ever. I have botched up walls & woodwork where the installers had to force the quartz into place. I have a gap between a wall and the quartz of 1/4-1/3 of an inch that they refuse to address. The installation of the quartz was so late in the night that the installers didn't level the seam properly and now the grout is falling out and I have a 1/16 inch gap and the pieces are no longer level. Attached picture is what happens when running your finger down the seam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

We bought new kitchen counters from this company. They are the cheapest in town and have a great selection. They will sell direct to you where some companies will only quote you a price through your contractor. We didn't get a contractor so this was ideal. Plus this avoids the middle man fees. Every slab of granite is different and unique so they have you select the slab of granite that you want and are supposed to reserve that slab for you. We did this and put down our 50% down payment which was about $1700. They then made an appointment to come out to measure our counters and create a template. I went back out to place the template on the slab so that we get the exact look we wanted. This allows you to capture the areas of granite you like best or avoid the ones you don't like. When I went out to do this, it was obvious that the slab of granite they had "reserved" for us was not the same one that we had chosen. The one we had chosen had more character and was brighter. I had proof of this as we had taken pictures of it when we picked it out. They offered no apology for this and made an excuse that the one we had chosen was already reserved. There was proof of this as well as the picture we had taken had blue tape on it which apparently means that it was reserved. We obviously did not know that. They did not tell us this as the time, so they were obviously counting on us not noticing. This bothered me as I don't like someone trying to pull a fast one on me. They could have explained their mistake and I would have understood. Overall, our counters look good and the slab we ended up with was a close match, but honesty would have been their best policy in this case.

Granite of America was the best business we hired towards our new home . They had a great consultant , her name is Meredith , she is AMAZING. She was very cooperative , and informing . We have got a great experience , wonderful product. And I would highly recommend Granite of America to anyone looking for an excellent outcome.
