Although I am not a designer, I was warmly welcomed and received excellent service and professional input from Fantasia Showrooms. I had looked all over the twin cities for tile for my master bathroom project before checking out Fantasia, and discovered it should have been my first stop! Their products are lovely, often unique and of the highest quality! And their pricing is competitive! I highly recommend Fantasia and couldn't be happier with our tile!

Every time I visit Fantasia Showrooms I get great customer service from everyone on the team. They are always friendly, warm, curious about what I'm working on, helpful in directing me to solutions I might not have thought of yet, and respectful of my clients (if they are with me that day.) I happily recommend them to all my clients, knowing they'll have a good experience even if I'm not with them. Their follow up is always exemplary too. When they say they'll send supporting materials (e.g. pricing, imagery of products, size guides) they always do promptly and make sure to check if I need anything else. And of course, they have beautiful products!
