Sarah and her team went above and beyond to listen to the "look" I was going for, and helped greatly in finding the right slabs for my project..I did a bit of competition research and I know I make the right decision coming to CRS to buy my granite....They have an AMAZING selection of granite, quartz and marble...

CRS was absolutely phenomenal in providing the quartz countertops we desired for our kitchen renovation! Our Salesperson, Alyson was unbelievable! She showed us just about every slab of material in the warehouse, explained everything including the types of stone, and a description of each. She asked us questions about what we liked and didn't like, and about our overall design thoughts for the kitchen. She was then able to quickly narrow our search, until we came across the perfect match for our tops!! She had our choice sent to our fabricator by the time we got home, and we had a price soon after. We are so pleased with our decision and investment. Great job by Alyson and the team at CRS!

My wife Bonita and I finally made the bold decision to have our master bathroom remodeled after contemplating it for nearly a decade. After being greeted by Allyson at CRS Granite and Marble, Virginia Beach location and walking through the warehouse, we immediately knew this would be the place to purchase granite for our vanity countertop. Not only were there a diverse selection of granite, Allyson's professionalism and friendly customer-oriented attitude made the entire experience joyous and worthwhile. A competitor stone company sold my stone without my knowledge. My project was coming to completion, and I needed to find a comparable stone fast! I had been searching for days! When I walked through the door of CRS I was in a panic! Luckily, I was met with a smiling face, a calm and informed consultant, Ashley, who immediately directed me to exactly what I was looking for- a gorgeous White Carrera Sand Marble. It had a different name, but was so similar- just a little more beautiful!! Ashley made sure I was aware of all its pros and cons, while also assuaging me of its durability with an in- house review! One of the CRS team members had installed it in his child-filled home and could personally give it a thumbs up! My Project Came in on time and under budget. The stone is truly amazing! Had I come to CRS at the beginning of my project, I would have lingered for hours! The inventory is huge... but I still would have left with the White Carrera Sand! I have been living, cooking and loving my kitchen for 4 months now and absolutely adore it! Thank you Ashley from CRS!! You saved my kitchen! "Wink"!

My wife and I are redesigning our kitchen, and decided to go with new granite countertops. We asked our contractor for some recommendations, and he told us about three places that sell high-quality granite. We visited each of them, and by far, CRS was a great experience. They have a brand new showroom here in Austin, and have a very impressive range of granite slabs to choose from. We were new to these kinds of products, and the manager (Shivam) actually spent time to educate us on what makes one slab of stone a higher quality over another. We were also introduced to Quartz - again, with some insight into what would be a better choice for us. We loved, the service, the choices, and the smooth process when we did finally buy from them. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about CRS Granite. My husband and I were shopping for granite countertops and I actually found this company by accident! There are a lot of granite wholesalers in the area, so when I went for an appointment with one I ended up at CRS by accident. Shweta was there and was very friendly and helpful. I left to keep my appointment elsewhere, but after being disappointed in the actual granite in display and the lack of straightforwardness at the other place I returned to CRS Marble and Granite.
I thought she was great, especially after dealing with other very slick, smooth and "nice" salesmen at other joints who came across as insincere and hated ever giving any sort if bottom line.
The fabrication went perfectly, and the install job was excellent. Both the guy who came to do the template and the guys who came to install were all very polite and professional. Our new granite countertops look fantastic and we feel we got an excellent deal for the quality we received. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
