BuyTile

BuyTile is a vendor I frequently use in my New York interior design business. They have a wide selection of products at competitive prices, and equally if not more important in my business, they give consistently good customer service - responsive, reliable and with rapid shipping times. Today - New Year's Eve, no less - Vilma outdid any customer service I have had from any company, ever! I had specified a particular tile (BuyTile had the lowest price for this product and quality anywhere) and wanted to get the order in the system before the holiday. As usual, I called to place the order, and spoke to Vilma, with whom I have not worked before at Buytile, and to my great horror, between my clients approving the tile and my placing the order, it had become out of stock and there wasn't even a new container load on the horizon! I explained to Vilma that I had quoted my clients at BuyTile's price, the contractor was going to be ready to tile shortly, and now I was really in a jam. She said she could try other distributors (right, New Year's Eve, that's going to happen), but that the price was likely to be much higher, and that the office closed at 3 for the holiday. I asked her to do her best, put the phone down and thought the chances of hearing from her again today were slim to none, and I'd be faced with this nightmare to solve on January 5. Happy 2015 to me, haha. Imagine my amazement when Vilma called coming up to 3pm, had found the tile and had even been able to match the price. She promptly set up a very affordable freight service, including a liftgate truck (tile is heavy!!), and we are getting the tile Tuesday 6th - oustanding in every way, even from this trusted company. Vilma deserves a medal!

What a pleasure! My husband and I just finished building our 5000 Sq ft home. Whe shopping around for tiles my designer and I went "all over" to find the best selection and best prices. After doing some online browsing we realized that BuyTile had, by far, the largest most beatutiful selection, most up to date ideas, and fabulous prices. We therefore decided to do THE ENTIRE PROJECT with BuyTile! And they were amazing to work with. ..I got samples right away, the staff worked with me to pull everything together perfectly (even the grout!) and if I needed more tiles, they made sure I had everything in time. I was working on a bathroom remodeling project and purchased glass tile from Buy Tile. Once the tile arrived I noticed that some of the tile had a slightly different color than the sample I had initially received. I called Buy Tile and spoke with a customer support representative. I have to say that their customer support is superb. They went to great lengths to resolve the issue and were promptly in touch with information. I recently purchased 1x2 glass mosaic tiles from buytile.com. the brand was Apricot Tile. I built an indoor pool and needed a large quantity. The quality of the tile and customer service was truly amazing. They delivered on schedule and even were able to get me an additional order from the same lot since we underestimated. It was a pleasurable experience and would highly recommend.
