Carol H. Barber Fine Art

Carol Barber’s abstract works mix painting, drawing and collage on paper and canvas. She recieved her B.F.A from James Madison University and a M.F.A. from Radford University. Carol Barber has been a gallery assistant for Quirk Gallery Charlottesville since 2021 and working as a professional visual artist for thirty years. Beginning as an illustrator and graphic designer, she now exhibits as a multi-media artist. Barber’s solo exhibit, A Year in Gestures was held at the Welcome Gallery, presented by New City Arts of Charlottesville, VA in 2020. Her work appears in collections across the United States and is featured on Chestnut Oak Vineyard wine labels and Kris Monson album covers.
