I met Mike Davis 24 years ago when he designed my office building and he did a great job. Recently my wife and I wanted to remodel and enlarge the front porch on our home. Naturally I called Mike. And, true to form, Mike understood exactly what we wanted and offered insightful recommendations. Mike visited the site several times to ensure that everything was following his design. My next project is a workshop behind our house and once again, I’ll call Mike.

Michael was hired to draw plans for a handicap master bedroom and bath onto a Veterans house that has loss one leg. He did a outstanding job on the plans and we submitted them to VA and got approval. In the end Michael donated the plan cost to us to help with cost. It is and was very much appreciated. I have used Michael in the past when I was a active builder in the Nashville area. He does excellent work and follows up on his projects. I would and will recommend him to anyone needing plans.

Michael was attentive and professional. We did go over the agreed fee due to some small changes. Even though the changes were small they did effect almost every page of the plans. Michael did encounter some technical issues which postponed our completion date. But he paid for the work outsourced. He was more than willing to answer any questions we had. At times he could have done a better job of communicating while he was having technical issue's. Michael also gave us two builders to contact, while we were going through that process. However we chose a builder that we felt was a better fit.

In our first meeting with Michael Davis he helped us to clarify our admittedly very nebulas vision for our dream home. He helped us think specifically about what we really wanted in this home. We knew we wanted touches of my childhood 1935 craftsman style home…but we did not know how to express what we wanted nor did we have any specific guidelines to offer our architect. Here’s where Michael’s creativity and expertise came to play—Mr. Davis took our hopes and created a home full of warmth, light, and a wonderful sense of space. He demonstrated the ability to listen to us and to translate our desires into a physical space. Our builders were able to execute Mr. Davis’s plans beautifully and we have a home we will enjoy forever…and it all started with conversation with a brilliant architect who turned our dreams into reality.
