Architectural Design Firm The formula for our studio is simple – everyone designs and everyone participates in critiquing those designs. In an ego driven profession, everyone here – from our principal architect down to our newest designer – has learned that being a good listener is the most important attribute of a good architect. Trilogy was the first architect company I called after losing my house in a fire, and I’m glad I did. Josh was our architect and he was great and very informative. After just talking to him on the phone I knew this was the company I wanted to go with for the peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Trilogy for all projects whether they are big or small this company knows what they are doing and really has your best interest at heart.

I would highly recommend James Theimer and his staff at Trilogy. As a contractor, I have completed projects from many different architects, and although most are capable of completing schematic drawings, James and his team bring a level of creativity in their design that I typically do not see elsewhere. What impresses me the most is their vigilant dedication to uncompromisingly blend style, functionality, efficiency, and sustainability in every project that they are a part of. James may be the easiest guy to work with that we have found in years. From the first day on, he was honest and open, with a "all cards on table" approach. Our meetings were fun, clear, productive and fruitful. Great times with his staff then easy closure. Textbooks should written about experiences like what we had with Trilogy.

My wife and I knew that we were wanting a company that would meet our needs/wants when designing a house and a place like Cheyenne, WY offers few choices. I was fortunate enough to go to school with one of the architects at Trilogy Architecture and they were able to produce a quality product that took into account our geographical location (in relation to characteristics of our neighborhood), style of house and meet our basic needs all while being as energy efficient as possible. They really look at this as a "team" effort and were able to give us good quality designs and ideas of our house characteristics and the best part was the 3D "fly-through" of our house. It is difficult for those of us who don't look at floor plans and imagine how that will translate to real life. Trilogy did a great job in helping us visualize our home, make it functional and truly "one of a kind."

My wife and I hired this company to design our "Dream Home." We ended up using them for all plans required for construction (including HVAC, solar, plumbing, structural, and electrical), initial interior design, LEED certification, and construction support as well. The principal (James Theimer) has a small, but effective staff that worked for almost a year to create a seamless blend of stunning architecture and useful space - all centered around a view that we specifically purchased the lot for. As the home continues to move toward completion, my wife and I are beyond pleased with the overall look/feel of the VERY unique home. Overall Trilogy provides a design based on the Clients input, wants, and needs. Very creative and forward thinking company - not afraid to push the limits and "go outside the box" with a non-traditional design.
