Tim rescued me from builders and architects who were speaking a foreign language - what started as a request for building permission for the basement evolved into a complete gut job and overhaul of a row house in fulham. I knew I wanted something very different which isn't easy in a traditional British Fulham row house... Tim understood that vision and the North American habit and desire for space and translated that through his techniques. Whilst never compromising aesthetic only enhancing it, those tricks helped make things appear bigger than they really were. Using mirror in the box that contained the skylight and helping suggest specific tiles for the kitchen allowed us to feel like we gained more than square footage. Tim helped me START this big huge project start which for me was the hardest part and then allayed my worries of how it will all work together. It is very hard to have faith that all the bits will come together so that the whole house will flow and work as a unit. Tim did that and more. We couldn't recommend Tim more highly - not only as a professional interior designer but as a genuine friend.

My husband and I were extremely fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with Tim. Prior to even calling my husband after I saw the flat for first time, I called Tim. Though I think I have a good eye, Tim could see the extraordinary potential of the space which made me, and ultimately my husband, extremely confident in putting forth an offer and ultimately closing on what was to become our new home. Next came the harder part: the actual refurbishment. Tim was thoughtful in his suggestions, both design-wise and in terms of staying within our budget, was able to brilliantly guide us throughout the process and worked hand-in-hand with our contractor and his team. Tim was efficient, quick to respond both to phone calls and emails and in making in making decisions and always had a "plan B" (and oftentimes a plan C and a plan D!) He has tremendous style and can shift from traditional to modern and back again. Tim consistently utilised what London, Europe and North America had to offer in order to expand his own design aesthetic and kept it fresh and interesting. Importantly, Tim made me, my husband and our two daughters comfortable that the flat was in keeping with our own style and way that we wanted to live.
