TEA2 architected a major kitchen remodel and addition that included moving the kitchen to another part of the house, and providing a "face life" to the front elevation of my 1956 walk-out rambler. Clearly a premium architecture firm- TEA2 paid attention to design details like balance, and character while providing the ultimate in functionality. They even repeated a signature curved wall from the old part of the house making everything flow and seem like part of the intended design (rather than an after-thought addition that doesn't match the rest of the house). My family is constantly in the new kitchen and love the new space. They also were willing to work with me to divide the project into phases to meet my budget. In the end I have a kitchen that looks like it came right out of a "Home and Design" magazine and visitors are still commenting on how beautiful it is.

TEA2 did a complete remodel of our 50+ year old home. They were great advocates during the process, knowledgeable, positive and professional. They explained things carefully, listened to and understood our wants and needs, and made the entire process almost painless. They are amazing artists, a joy to work with and we couldn't recommend them more highly!

Tea2 Architects... What can we say - they are awesome! From the minute we walked into their office we knew we were home and it panned out as we expected....top shelf! Tyler Hillger worked on our project, he's definitely an easy fellow to get along with. Our house was a complete tear down to all new construction. Attention to details were unsurpassed! And some unique changes along the way just made it that much better. We love our home!!! Kudos to Tea2!

Our family had grown but our house had not! We needed a house that better fit our needs now -- but also with an eye to the future. TEA2 delivered everything we asked for and more. It was a pleasure to work with Dan Nepp and Janet Lederle. They listened to our list of needs as well as our wishes and provided us with a well-functioning beautiful home. We couldn't be happier.

TEA2 has been involved with our project for all four phases, House and carriage house, Garden house, underground banquet room and clock tower entrance, and finally the underground garage and workshop. They quickly picked up on the feel that we were looking for in our home and worked with us throughout the construction making our requested changes, (tweeks) as we saw the project coming together. The scope of our project presented quite a few unique challenges with the areas being underground between building. This required both engineering challenges and waterproofing challenges that have all worked to perfection. The biggest compliment we get is when people ask how old the house is and we reply with we built it and they apologize thinking the house was built many years ago. Our goal was to create a home that felt like it was built in the early 1900's but with all of the modern conveniences and TEA2 accomplished our goal completely. (The project date shown is for completion of the final phase)

When we purchased our 1940s stone and shingle home, we knew there would be challenges in creating a more open floor plan and in bringing more light into the north facing kitchen. TEA worked with us to find a solution that has exceeded all expectations. In addition to designing a floor plan that meets our needs, they designed millwork and architectural details for the house that add immeasurably to the appeal of the living spaces. Our project was completed four years ago, and we continue to be amazed at the compliments we receive on our home. The architects at TEA are truly wonderful to work with. They are responsive and careful to listen to their client's wishes. We could not have been happier with the process or the results. We feel the architects at TEA are extraordinarily talented and highly recommend the firm.

We had a multifaceted project with TEA2 about 7 years ago. Tyler Hillger was our contact at TEA2. They did a great job and the service was excellent. We added a dormer, added a bathroom, had to move plumbing and did a total porch redo. The project added value to our house in terms of how our family uses the space. Would use this firm again in a heartbeat.

When we decided to hire an architect to remodel our 1947 home in Minneapolis, we went directly to TEA2. After seeing their work around town for the past fifteen years, we were confident that they could take our faded and worn home and turn it into something really unique and charming. That's exactly the transformation that we saw as we worked with them for a year and are now in the building phase! It's been really exciting to see TEA2 take our ideas (and, of course, many of their own) and put it all into a master plan. TEA2 also introduced us to the builder that was right for us and helped the bidding process go much more smoothly than if we had tried to handle it on our own. We love how the project is turning out and look forward to seeing the finished product! Thanks, TEA2:)

Tea2 Architects design team did a fantastic job working with us from conception to the final finishing of our home, which has the feeling of a Classical Modern style. The exteriors color and beautifully scaled and designed architecture lends itself well the desert, so the house blends nicely with the environment. The impeccable interiors were carefully planned. From the art displays, perfectly laid out windows/ skylights and the beautiful millwork, which is some of the loveliest and most tastefully done that we have even seen. The perfect balance between the numerous material used can't be overstated. There is richness yet simplicity to the design, which make for a very comfortable living space. We love our home!
