I worked with Stephen Sparns twice and twice he promised more then he delivered. It cost me money . When given the chance to make things right he accepted no responsibility and was offensive to me. He is responsible for creating a envelope to build in . Both times I put my money in him and both times half way through the project he was told he was wrong by the city planning dept .

We hired Stephen Sparn to design two connected townhouses and the result is spectacular. It's a wonderful firm to work with, to collaborate with and have the utmost confidence in. They are respectful and listen to clients ideas and thoughts. Highly recommend them!

It has been such an extraordinary experience working with your team at SSArchitects. There was never a moment of stress! Amazing! Your team fulfilled my most ardent desires for my home and exceeded my expectations when the house was finally completed. Each room is an appropriate size for the furniture and for its use. Every window creates a frame that forms a piece of a puzzle that captures the expansive views. The most notable and distinguished design characteristic is the roof line both exterior and interior. Outside, the roof creates segments of different sizes and shapes that have unique architectural features: beams, windows, weathervanes, etc. Inside, the ceiling lines add such diverse interest to each room particularly the multiple ceiling lines and angles in the entry hall, the stair case and the Great room. Simply exquisite! There are more superlatives for each and every room and corner of the house. Again, you exceeded my dreams and expectations. I am so comfortably happy here. I don't see where or how to attach photos. Please advise.

SS Architects managed a difficult design assignment in 2014, on a challenging piece of quite vertical land, with great creativity, sensitivity to the landscape and surrounding houses and panache. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with Stephen, Josie and his very professional team, and I greatly miss the opportunity to have built and lived in it. Unfortunately, my family's move to Boulder was unexpectedly delayed by over two years, so we shall revisit the project when -- with now four children instead of the original three -- we finally arrive for good in your wonderful city. In short, SSA designed a beautiful machine for living, and I wish we were happily settled into it rather than still 4,000 km distant. A tour de force!!!

SSArchitects provided design for our Denver home remodel and second story addition. They excel in high-end design, but have the ability to create beautiful architecture while still meeting a more restrictive construction budget. The SSA team is responsive to client needs by providing quick design changes, answered questions and visionary design. I would highly recommend SSArchitecture for any type of project.

A fantastic experience on a major renovation to a 1970's ranch. The Team at SSArchitechs worked with us from the first concepts for the plan until we moved into the house. The entire team turned our wish list into a complete vision. Every step of the plan stayed on schedule and on budget! We would definitely use SSArchitects on our next project.
