Marshall is an amazing architect. Our recent proeject was a great success. We were thrilled with the outcome. Our Town architectural standards board was also thrilled. We have received over the top feedback from numerous people about our design. We have used Marshall for other, smaller projects in the past, and they turned out great as well.

Marshall was an amazing architect! We did renovations to a master bathroom, powder bath and our living room fireplace, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about potential challenges and optimal designs for each space. In addition, he was detailed, organized and responded to our questions promptly with feedback and recommendations. I would highly recommend him for projects!

Marshall provided great support for a small renovation job that ended up constantly expanding and changing in scope. He was more than willing to be flexible with the changes and to meet the needs and timing of our contractors, the department of buildings and other professionals who were dependent upon his input. We especially appreciated his domain expertise around the "little things" like where to place the lights, how to position the window to maximize exposure, how high the TV should be located to meet code (from fireplace) but still be comfortably viewable, etc.

This was the first time I had the pleasure of working with Marshall and he exceeded our expectations. Not only is he very creative, honest, and hardworking; every design idea has a form fit and a function as to why. My wife and I had a lot of ideas (many of them not very good) and he gracefully explained why they would or wouldn’t work without offending anyone. He is a pleasure to work with, very detailed and responsive. When our contractors needed drawings done for the city they were always turned around very quickly which helped keep our project moving forward. I would recommend Marshall without any hesitation.

Marshall Schneider stepped into a difficult situation in our home remodel project and handled the situation with grace and skill. Our first architect couldn't complete the project and our contractor brought in Marshall. Marshall got right down to business and was able to creatively solve the remaining open ended problems. He is a delight to work with. He has an unassuming manner and wants the homeowner to be pleased and happy. So refreshing! I highly recommend Marshall. He is versatile, detail oriented, efficient and a hard worker. He also gets along well with others. He is strong when he needs to be strong, but willingly listens to other viewpoints. Our end product was an extremely beautiful house!

This the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Marshall Schneider.
He listened carefully to my ideas, added his own experienced ideas and designed a house that will be the family gathering place for many generations. The home is simple, welcoming, easily maintained and spectacularly designed to take advantage of the sun, light and views.
Marshall has a calm, low key approach that is both professional and effective.
He worked well with the subs and provided critical interfacing with the
general contractor. Marshall met deadlines consistently and helped to keep
the project within budget. I appreciate his humor, suggestions, and diligent
attention to detail. His notes and construction plans were accurate and easy
to understand for all the trades. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

Comentado: How did you slope the wet area floor?Thanks for your interest. The slope was built up with mortar in the traditional way. The wet area uses a linear drain so there is no cross-slope or warp in the floor at the tub.
