Sculptural, contemporary, site-specific architecture is our specialty. Each RKD design shares a connection to the environment, because our structures grow from their sites. We seek a constant dialogue between interior and exterior and combine organic materials with unconventional shapes; melding form and function. Our designs, coined contemporary rustic or mountain modern style, have evolved over the past 24 years, with a remarkable diversity of projects that always echo the natural landscape.
