His project experience includes the design of single and multi-family housing units, educational facilities, commerical office buldings, retail centers, light industrial buildings, commercial and corporate build-outs, food manufacturing, distribution centers, and banking facilities. Richard's experience and understanding of the building codes and regulatory process, along with his understanding of the developer's perspective, brings added value to the design and planning procedure.

It was a pleasure working with R.B. Custom Design. My wife and I are building our own custom home for the first time. We sat down with Richard and expressed ideas we had and he then used his expertise along with our vision and created our house. He was supportive of any changes we made and also made some recommendation as well which we appreciated. We plan to work with R.B. Custom Design again in the near future.
