We can help you with all phases of new home construction or remodelling from architecture and concept design through to obtaining planning permission and building regulation approval. We provide all the technical drawings, blueprints and produce 3D digital models (CAD) which will allow you to pre-visualise the design and develop a better understanding of the general look and feel of the final construction, so any changes can be made in the early stages before a lot of money has been spent. 3D digital design has a huge advantage over simple drawing, this is because 3D design allows you to view the construction in much more detail with perspective, colour and texture, and this realistic perspective provides a much clearer understanding about what the final construction will be like.
