We strive to find harmony and connectivity between the interior and exterior of the building and its environment. We are influenced by the traditions of modern design, but our work always begins with an analysis of the unique characteristics of the site and the needs of our clients. for my money, the hottest, up and coming architecture firm in Central Texas. they bring together a sophisticated and determined sense of style and space with deep knowledge of the underlying economics and mechanics of Austin infill development. instead of reaching for the safe and ordinary, they have have consistently delivered simulanteously strategic and trend-setting product within the constraints of the difficult Austin code and marketplace. their bold and incisive approach exposes a rare talent. Francisco and his team are producing some of the most innovative infill housing this city has seen. they have been able to deliver consistently impactful design on a average budget. they are willing to stand up for elements that are truly central to the core design objectives, but responsive to factors that are critical to our goals and objectives as spec builders. I feel very lucky indeed to have discovered North Arrow for this flagship project. the unit may well set the new std for its type in the city. Francisco Arredondo designed our rooftop terrace, outdoor kitchen, and an outside portal. The design is contemporary Mexican using different textures. Francisco has a marvelous vision and creative design talents. He listened carefully as to how we wanted to use the spaces and solved problems creatively while achieving an outstanding result. He's a brilliant young designer with refreshing ideas and an absolute delight! He's honest, practical, professional, and won't let you make a mistake. I would hire him again in a split second and would never hire anyone else! Thanks a million, Francisco!

Our company Lumenbrite was looking for an architect that could design a unique space that was both creative and functional. We choose North Arrow Studio because we felt that Francisco and his team would be able to meet and exceed our needs. Francisco and his team did an outstanding job with the design, budget, and time of our project. They pushed the envelope of design to help us provide our employees and students/clients with a truly invigorating work environment. Their design for our space cultivates creativity and makes it fun and easy to complete the workday. North Arrow Studio was sensitive to our budget but didn’t sacrifice the design and they were able to help meet our timelines. Their consultation was crucial during the sensitive parts of the construction process.

Francisco and team provided architectural services for the renovation of our home near Austin Texas in Lost Creek. We had several design hurdles including the dig out of 2 feet of rock to allow for an additional room. Francisco not only worked with us on several drawing iterations to make our plans more cost effective but helped find and negotiate with good contractors to ensure our vision was achieved at a cost we could afford.

My wife and I were referred to North Arrow Studio by our Builder, Abode Modern Homes. We came in with a hill country contemporary floorplan that needed a modern touch. Fransisco and his team transformed our basic idea into a timeless masterpiece with great lines and features that turned our dream house into an amazing experience! I worked with Francisco on the design of my residence on 1500 Buffalo Gap. The project was challenging given the unique characteristics of the lot. From the beginning Francisco was very focussed on combining the parameters of the lot, my requirements (size, number of rooms), my style and my budget. I felt like we 'clicked' when I saw the first rendering Francisco created! We finished the project on time and on budget and even incorporated some last minute design changes. 15 months later I hired Francisco again to design an attached garage for the house, which he flawlessly integrated into the design language of the residence. Would recommend him any time.

We met Francisco through a friend. I would recommend his services to anyone. His work is amazing. 1. The way he had us collect our thoughts on what we wanted out of our house was easy. We gathered up lots of photos based on what we thought our style was. He then took this an turned it into a few concepts that where all spot on. 2. He was very respectful of our construction budget and was able to bring many design features to life by consulting with our builder throughout the project. 3. The best thing was all his recommendations based on what he thought we would like. We are in love with our house he designed and will use him every time from here on out.

We hired North Arrow Studio to remodel our 1970s Austin home, completely gutting the interior and starting from scratch. Francisco Arredondo and his team were incredibly professional, creative with their design, and gave us outstanding service throughout the course of the project, from conception, permit process, construction and follow up. We couldn't speak more highly of them, and have hired North Arrow Studio to begin a second property remodel for us. Nothing speaks better of a company than repeat business from customers, and we're delighted to be working with North Arrow Studio yet again.
