Dan Encin, Principal of Mendham Design Architects, LLC, did an amazing job designing the full renovation of our ranch home. From our initial meeting, through completion of the project, Dan was an utmost professional who confidently guided me and my wife through the entire process. He presented design ideas that never would have crossed our mind. Since we were knocking down walls to implement an open floor plan, Dan suggested installing a cove ceiling in our dining room to visually designate the space along the ceiling. Additionally, as we plan to one day add a second floor, Dan explained the importance of installing the proper support beams now to prevent redoing work and spending extra money in the future. Dan was very accessible and always took the time to listen to and fully answer our questions. He worked directly with the town to confirm local residential building codes. He also ensured there were clear lines of communication between him, us, and our contractors to ensure all parties were aligned on the project. All work completed on time and within budget and our experience with Dan completely surpassed any expectations we had. Dan Encin from Mendham Design was the creative professional behind our recently completed addition/renovation project. We couldn't be happier with our finished home.
