We have great respect for the firm's willingness and ability to participate in a challenging rebuild of 36 condo units that had burned to the ground. The firm took on tasks that were above and beyond the expectations of the owners, such as locating long lost original plans, the extensive permitting process, their expertise in relaying the design elements to our Board of Directors and 90+ owners, creating multiple options for the various upgrades owners had done to their units over time and working hand in hand with those unit owners who have accessibility needs and custom elements to the standard unit. The inclusion of this firm in the Design/Build team has more than met our expectations!
