Absolutely loved working with Erika! My wife and I considered several different firms prior to working with Erika but we made decision to work with Lions Gate and we are exceptionally happy that we did!! Erika is very responsive, uses multiple forms of communication and "understands" quickly when I try to articulate a thought...she is wonderful! The builders that we have interviewed to build our project have commented that the final product was comprehensive and what they needed. Great work!!

Erika Knight designed the layout of our master bath renovation. She provided us with several options to choose from for our master bath layout. They were all very well thought out. She then help us select which design would best fit our lifestyle. She also designed the layout for our basement. She took detailed measurements, provided us with a CAD layout for both construction and electrical. Erika is very detail oriented and thorough. Her CAD drawings were a crucial part of being able to communicate effectively with all subs from start to finish of our projects. She's easy to talk to and practical. We would highly recommend her.

Could not be happier!!! Outstanding customer service, communications, and quality of work! Erika listened to our wants and needs, visited our unique home site, looked at our idea books, and then helped us design a home of our dreams! She carefully took the time to factor in the ancient oak trees around the homesite which we wanted to keep, and thoughtfully incorporated important details of architectural features we salvaged from the previous old home. She is prompt with her work and reasonably priced. Can't wait to start construction!! Also hired her to design a detached garage & cottage plan to match!
