LEF Architects, LLC is an architectural design firm which specializes in custom home design, remodeling and light commercial projects. We work closely with builders and other consultants to insure that the design and building process goes smoothly. We work one on one with each of our clients to fully understand their needs and wants for the project in order create that perfect new home, addition or remodel. With 43 years of experience in the design and construction industry no project is to complex or too involved for us to handle. With our experience we have been involved with the design and building of 100’s of homes in the Columbus area from production entry level homes to custom homes in the most prestigious communities in the central Ohio area.

Larry is a very talented Architect that I've had the privilege to work with. We have worked on a very large project, 9000sf Farm house, and it was easy working with him at all of the design meetings to pull the client's esthetics into the plans of the new home. I find Larry to be very professional and knowledgable on products that were being used in the home. I found Larry to be a good listener and available when we had questions about the layouts. I would like to work with him in the future on other new projects.

We contracted Larry to assist us with the design and architectural layout of our new home. Larry did a wonderful job for us! He was very accommodating and responsive to all of our requests. He shared great ideas and was a pleasure to work with. Can’t say enough good things!

Larry provided a great experience designing a new floor plan for our basement that had flooded. He incorporated two bedrooms, full bath and wet bar flawlessly. Our new basement is open and has a wonderful flow. Even though I only used him for the design of the floor plan, he was gracious to provide assistance with the contractors and navigate me through the process whenever I needed.

I cotracted LEF Architects to design a small single story residence with an oversized attached garage. They listened to my requirements and made several suggestions which improved the project while keeping the cost reasonable. They completed the work on schedule and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this firm.

Larry, of LEF Architects, is a very good design architect. We recently did a major renovation of our house. Larry listened to our desires, asked questions to ensure communication was accurate, articulated his ideas well, and drew up accurate designs. His designs included room layouts, placement of cabinetry, schematics for a built-in unit, and working drawings. Larry has many years of experience in the luxury home industry, and his experience often helped to quickly zero in on the appropriate design solution. Larry also has a tremendous amount of experience supervising subcontractors. We benefited from his vast network of luxury home industry contacts on occasions when certain trades didn't perform as required. Larry located and recruited skilled replacements immediately. I highly recommend LEF Architects.

As a high-end custom home builder, Core Construction Group always uses LEF Architects for design services. LEF is highly trained and experienced in understanding the customers ideas on what their new home should look like, and then creating a design that meets that criteria. LEF's final construction documents are very accurate and detailed, and during the construction process, if design issues develop, LEF is quick to respond which keeps the construction process moving forward. Core Construction Group would highly recommend LEF Architects to anyone looking for an extremely experienced & creative custom home designer.
