INTEGRATA architecture + construction provides client-specific architectural designs that integrate multiple building systems to maximize efficiency, functionality and aesthetics. Unlike other architecture firms, we also provide construction management services, which enables us to ensure proper execution of our design plans during the building process. INTEGRATA creates custom homes and transforms existing dwellings into beautiful, truly sustainable and comfortable high performance buildings. Through a seamless, transparent and collaborative process from design through construction, we have been able to virtually eliminate cost and time overruns on projects that we design and build. Andrew Borgese and his staff at Integrata were wonderful to work with. Their design/build process was thorough, accurate, insightful and meticulously executed. Andrew was a great listener and has the ability to transfer the client’s ideas and dreams into a workable plan. In addition to several major home projects, I have chaired many building committees for businesses and the project that Integrata did for us was the best from the first meeting to the finished job. In choosing a firm to transform my 1960's beach cottage into a contemporary year round home I looked for an architect that could respect my ideas and a staff that could direct and manage the construction project. INTEGRATA succeeded on both counts. The design was contemporary, attractive and efficient while accomodating my eclectic decorating style including a couple of antique chandeliers. The firm was knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to work with. As a lawyer experienced with construction litigation my expectations included a fear of delays. INTEGRATA finished the project a week ahead of schedule. My award-winning home is stunning and people passing by stop to comment on its attractiveness.

As a lawyer who has been involved with construction litigation, you are more aware than most clients of the construction pitfalls that can plague a project. I am so glad we had an opportunity to prove to you that when a renovation project is well designed and properly managed, the construction phase will be on time and on budget.

Your willingness to push the envelop with regard to environmental design enabled this home to receive a 5 Star+ Home Energy Rating by a certified Home Energy Rater and was recognized by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod as the 2014 Best Remodeling/Restoration/Addition between $250,000 and $500,000.

Integrata architectue and construction if a higly profession business. They took our project in a timely manner from conception all the way through to completion with constant contact and updates. We had a problem and a solution was proposed.. When more issues arose as we went along they were handled quickly and with great satisfaction. Everything done was documented in a binder and we use the folder of instructions, manuals, etc from time to time to look up model numbers etc. We have never had such great support and high quality service on the Cape. Further suggestions and assistance was given as we decided on insulation and solar panels . We would and probably will call them again soon for another project we have in mind!!

I could not have asked for a better experience building a multi-generational house. Andrew and his team listened carefully to everyone involved and came up with a design that works well for 3 generations in our family and should serve us well for many years to come. No detail was too small for them to consider -- we even have an outdoor enclosure that is designed so that our towels don't get wet when we rinse off from the beach! There are no thresholds for those in our family in a wheelchair. The construction process went well and came within budget. Despite severe weather woes during the construction period, they were still finished within a week of the projected time frame. There was communication throughout the whole process. We are extremely satisfied with the team at Integrata. We recommend them highly.

Excellent response to inquiry about remodeling with suggestions for upgrades and renovations. They were respectful of the project and my ideas and thought carefully about my concerns. Their knowledge of local building codes and the permitting process was extremely helpful and gave me a foundation for making decisions about my project. Budget constraints on my part have been the reason I have not moved forward with the work at this time. However, I will move forward with Integrata should my circumstances change. The quality of their work and their expertise in environmental and energy saving issues is cutting edge!
