We hired David to draw up plans for a 2 bedroom basement suite. He did an excellent job, helped us find an HVAC specialist when we couldn’t find one, and provided excellent recommendations regarding soundproofing. Very happy, and we didn’t make any changes to the plan. Highly recommend!

Ironwood Residential Design

I have contracted David to create 3D models & renderings on my high end projects and have been very pleased with the results. His design sense allows to communicate my ideas and have the finished product come back to me with very few revisions required. I have recommended him to others and would certainly work with him again on future projects.
