Sobre nosotros

Who are we? We met in 2003 whilst working for the same practice, got married in 2007 and set up Green & Teggin Architects in 2010. We have lived together in SE15 since 2005 and have two children. What kind of work do we take on? Most of our projects have been small residential extensions for first time clients, although we have had experience with a variety of projects ranging from a PassivHaus workshop to a £12m Performing Arts Centre. How we work? We believe that a your brief is the foundation of a successful project. We listen carefully to a your ideas and requirements as the project progresses and, combined with our architectural knowledge, gradually build up a picture, through sketches and then drawings, of how to convert these ideas into space that fulfils your brief and reflects your personality. Our strengths As a team we have complementary skills to bring to the various stages of our projects, although we each take on separate jobs to retain the initial vision and ensure continuity. As there are only the two of us, you can be assured of full director involvement. We aim to respond to your queries within one working day. We strive to uphold clarity of purpose, a high level of craft and tenacious attention to detail. We have very high architectural aspirations and apply them to every project, whatever the size. We always aim to enhance homes we work on, free space and optimise budgets, and our skill lies in realising the full potential of a property in keeping with clients' aesthetic and practical values. We understand the requirements of a growing family, having two children ourselves, and having gone through two major renovations, we understand what it is like from your perspective. We aim to prepare you for the steps ahead and make the process as painless as possible. Our credentials Green & Teggin is an RIBA Chartered Practice, both directors are Chartered Architects and are registered with the Architects Registration Board. Jacqueline is listed on the RIBA Conservation Register, and Thomas is a Certified PassivHaus Designer.
