Formgroup was recommended to us by our realtor when we told her we were looking for an Architect for our newest project . After comparing 3 other companies we decided to go with them for the project. Omar was very easy to talk to and really gave us what we wanted. We felt so comfortable that we also gave them the GC job to build the house. It was very impressive how accurate and detailed the price estimation was done. We had none of the typical "oops" moments that you hear about in those building horror stories . When problems came up, they were quickly taken care of. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

When you work with Form group, and principal architect Omar Morales, you are rewarded with a collaborative design process. He selects materials and makes design decisions with a a great respect for the wishes and budgetary guidelines set out by his client. He has an amazing ability to merge inside and outside space to create homes that invite inhabitants to celebrate their outdoor environments. In Miami, too often the outdoor "space" is simply the pool and patio, with Form Group outside spaces are inseparable from the design. When you visit a completed Form Group home you feel like you have stepped into a new environment the moment you are on the site. Their designs create a relationship between the house and it's site and more importantly between the inhabitants and the site--it's coherent relationship that supports and nourishes the inhabitants of a house. There's wonderful private and "public" space, there's light, there's bold design and comforting, warm finishes that puts people at ease as they enter the space. Omar designs beautiful homes that transform how people live--they are exceptional in every way. Every client I have referred to Form Group has been extremely pleased and has reported back that they have "their absolute dream home."
