We loved working with Fluidesign Studio on our main level remodel. From our first meeting, they "got" our style and vision for our space. They presented options directly in keeping with our budget, lifestyle, and décor style. They designed a space that functions so much better for our busy family. The space is absolutely beautiful. They had design ideas and depth of color and texture that we would not have come up with on our own. Having samples brought to meetings in our home was incredibly convenient. They helped us find a builder and worked with them from start to finish. We would love to work with Fluidesign Studio again on future projects.

The Fluidesign team was exceptional at everything they did, from initial consultation to final product. I could not be more pleased by the end results of our kitchen renovation. Throughout the project Fluid design kept me informed of timelines and budget concerns. Shelly and Carrie impressed me with their knowledge and understanding of construction and various types of materials to use to keep my project on budget, yet meeting my demands on looks and functionality. Shelly and Carrie of Fluidesign Studio were recommended to us by a trusted neighbor who also used Fluidesign for their remodel. In the early planning stages my wife and I felt we needed an addition to gain space and function for our home. Our neighbor was confident Fluidesign would be able to come up with a design that met all of our needs while keeping the existing footprint to save both time and money. He was right, Shelly and Carrie nailed the design! They came up with a design that not only kept the existing footprint but re-configured the space to gain the most function from every square inch.
When it came to picking out finish selections, Shelly and Carrie really listened to us and knew our taste! They knew what would fit with both the design and budget, making the process stress free.
Communication is another trait Fluidesign excelled at. They really felt like our partners with this project and were always looking out for our best interests. I’m confident that Fluid Design Studio has the knowledge and the experience to smoothly manage any new home or large remodel project. They come highly recommended from both myself and my wife.

We hired Fluidesign Studio to design a major remodel of our first floor. Our goal was to turn our 1950s house with its tiny box rooms and narrow galley kitchen into an open floor plan. Shelly and Carrie came up with a layout that was not only functional but beautiful, as well. What impressed me most about their work style is their ability to deftly balance what we wanted and needed as the customer, while at the same time inserting their professional opinions about layout and design - which is what we wanted - otherwise why pay for the services of a professional design team.
As an example, I didn't initially love the chandelier they really wanted for our dining room - but it was a piece they whole-heartedly believed in for the impact they knew it could have in my house. As a testament to their "friendly, but firm" approach to guiding their clients - they convinced me to get the piece - but it really went beyond that - they gained my trust and my confidence in their abilities in the weeks leading up to that point. This led to my ultimately just "going for it" and buying a chandelier that I would never have thought to buy on my own. In the end, they were right. I love it and receive compliments on it from guests constantly.
There are many talented design firms out there - but a good eye doesn't go hand in hand with the ability to make a client feel valued, heard and special. Shelly and Carrie of Fluidesign Studio bring that touch to their projects - I highly recommend them to anyone seeking design services.

We spent several years dreaming about doing upgrades to our newly
constructed home. We spent countless hours at tile shops and home
improvement businesses trying to piece together what we thought might
transform our rooms, but always came away not knowing what direction
to go. A co-worker recommended Fluidesign to us and within the
first meeting our dreams were set into motion. Shelly and Carrie

We chose Shelly and Carrie at Fluidesign Studio renovate our cape cod style home after interviewing several design, architectural, and design/build firms and couldn't be happier with our decision. We chose them for their experience and eye for detail but in the end it was their approach and guidance that made the biggest difference.
Shelly and Carrie were able to accomodate my family's very busy schedule throughout the design process and really helped to guide us through each step in the process. Their process allowed them to explore our personal style and preferences while still introducing fresh ideas and design elements into our imaginations and the finished product really reflects that.
They were very involved in helping us collect bids for builders as well. We were grateful for the insights they provided as we navigated the bidding process and felt comfortable choosing a builder of our choice. They were also very involved with the builder during the planning and building stage which was a huge relief and it helped to ensure that the end result was exactly what we wanted.
I will use Shelly and Carrie again on my next project.
