A local Cape Cod family owned architectural design firm. Fine Line Design's architectural focus is primarily in custom home design, renovations & remodeling. Our process is collaborative with the home owners while developing the initial design concept. We finely customize each design iteration through communication and evaluation to integrate the customer's budget, lifestyle and desires. The end result is a complete set of permit ready plans ready for construction. We have established relationships with engineers, contractors and other professionals locally and nationally. We enjoy the process of transforming ideas and dreams into a reality. Kevin Werner holds a Master of Architecture and has over 25 years of experience designing homes on Cape Cod. His portfolio includes hundreds of unique Cape & New England style homes, custom home designs, renovations and historic restorations.

Kevin helped easily bring my dream to life. Now that the project is over, I have no regrets in building a custom home despite everyone saying it is daunting. With Kevin at the base of the project, designing for how I live and what I envisioned, he made the rest of the project easy too. Invaluable to have the right design! Kevin is the person to do that for you. If I ever build again, Kevin will be the first call I make.

Working with Kevin and Hannah could not have been better. After building three houses previously, we were very sure of what we needed and wanted. Kevin took all our ideas and made it work. He made himself always available which meant working around our busy schedules with two young children. That sometimes meant meeting on a Sunday morning. He responded quickly to e-mails and calls. I hope to have a chance to work with Kevin again and would highly recommend Fine Line.

Fine Line Design team is great, laid back and talented. I loved the process and the superior 3D graphics that they provided. Diligent work, moderately priced and good sense of humor was always displayed on their behalf. I would not hesitate to use this firm again or recommend them.

I recently worked with Kevin on a renovation of a historic 1861 home on Cape Cod. I created an architectural 3D model of the existing home, and then Kevin, the client and I completed alterations to make the home more livable and modern while respecting the homes vintage detailing and construction. Kevin was a joy to work with. He has an approachable personality and commonsense, logical and practical approach to solving problems with creative solutions. Highly recommended.
