Felder & Associates is a young design firm dedicated to finding unique solutions to our clients' needs. We have a diverse, dedicated staff of architects and interior designers devoted to taking a fresh approach to each set of circumstances presented to us by our clients. No plan books here. "Green" architecture and quality design are looked at simply as matter-of-fact. We don't fuss about it. We want satisfied clients, and we are so grateful for our repeat customers. The project types we work in are commercial, religious, post-secondary educational, medical, professional offices, light industrial, residential. We are comfortable in new construction as well as remodeling and tenant space. We particularly enjoy breathing new life into old spaces--re purposing them or just updating them, all the while being sensitive to the remaining historic fabric and the greater context.

We have used Felder and Associates for the design of our home as well as an addition to our garage. Brian and Gretchen were very responsive to our requests and helped us plan a beautiful forever home. We have recommended their services to many of our friends and neighbors.

We are very pleased with the work FA did for us. We paired with them to rehabilitate an old building in Savannah to modern specifications that are both beautiful and functional. It was a difficult project on many fronts and FA supported us through the byzantine maze of commercial / historic property development issues.

We did a major renovation to a 1980's style bungalow on the water. We added a second floor master suite, as well as, a complete renovation of the three original bathrooms and the main living area of the home.

Came up with a great design that met the customers needs and then managed the project well. Worked with us to overcome challenges that arrived with the old work meeting the new work. Provided good insight for customers to help them make finish selections.

The firm listens to the requests of the client. The firm works well with contractors and trades during the course of the project. The firm followed up at the end of the project on how the client's experience was.

My wife and I retained Felder & Associates to design and supervise construction of our new Tybee residence. Now we are one month into the construction phase. Brian, Gretchen and their staff have been creative, comprehensive and very responsive to our needs. They have excelled in every respect and have earned a stellar rating. That it has been a delight to work with them is the icing on our cake.

To restore a hundred year old family home in Bluffton SC is a daunting and massive undertaking. An experience that novices could not undertake. In walks Brian Felder, Architect from Savannah. In his quiet, confident manner Brian took over assuming responsibility for every detail and always on call for consultation. The planning stage took a year with everything from an as built drawing to the final plan and all that takes place in between. In the end, Brian Felder provided us with a restored home that is a gem in Bluffton. Painstaking planned, our home, The Pine House, is a model for what can be accomplished with an experienced Architect grounded in planning with the owner’s best interest at heart. Joan Heyward
