We are a comprehensive Design/Build, fully licensed, Architectural firm located in rural Dutchess County, New York. The area we serve includes Dutchess County, Columbia County, and nearby Litchfield County, Connecticut. Our projects include major residential additions, historic renovations, as well as new construction through Riemer Construction. We also offer consulting on a hourly fee basis for first time clients who desire to meet and explore the possibilities for their new home, addition and/or renovation. Renovations are typically more costly, as there may be remediation involving repairs to move forward with the design created. Unexpected conditions may be revealed, and we address work done incorrectly by others before construction of addition. We have a passion for details, therefore, we find working with a contractor who is familiar with our quality of design and details enables us to move along seamlessly as the project evolves to a finished space our clients will appreciate and enjoy.
