Eight years ago, my husband and I bought a beautiful piece of wooded land in Hiram Township. We hoped to build a house there which would have to comply with the restrictions of the conservation easement. After doing a little research, we chose Becky whose enthusiasm for our setting and plans continued to encourage us as we worked our way through numerous complex requirements. She designed a stunning Greek Revival house which fits its location beautifully and also meets our hopes for a family centered woodland retreat. She was so easy to work with, so positive, and a terrific manager of her team. David Schelhorn took over the detail work, did thorough research on historical aspects of the design including the double fireplaces and brick bake oven that will form the center of the house. We are really looking forward to the construction of the house and completion of our long-anticipated custom home.

We first worked with Becky five years ago when we added a four season addition. The room that she designed is absolutely stunning and is now the favorite room in the house. When it was time to update our 80’s main bathroom and we were struggling with an angled wall, Becky and her team turned our problem into a gorgeous custom design. I couldn’t be happier with it. We are now finishing our latest project, a three car detached garage. The design of this garage and the way it ties back to the design of the house really enhances our property. I never thought I would be this excited about a garage and I’m not the only one. I can’t believe how many compliments we have heard about this latest addition. We had an amazingly positive experience with Becky and her team at Pantuso Architecture! They helped us with our first floor renovation that included reconfiguring our kitchen, dining room, and mudroom to make everything more functional and beautiful. Becky's design centered around how we would use the space, incorporated all of our wish list items, and was sensitive to our planned budget. She even recommended a few items that we didn't even know we wanted but are definite favorites (transoms for more natural light! all of the storage!). Dori was a huge help in selecting the right finishes and fixtures. They remained engaged from our first meeting to the day that contractors left. We had a dream of how the first floor of our house could be if it weren't so chopped up, including our kitchen, dining room, and sunroom. Becky and her team delivered on that dream and we never felt abandoned during the process from beginning to end. She helped us with contractor selection. Her incredible designer helped us pick out materials and make budget-conscious choices along the way from counters and floors to light fixtures. She even helped us figure out how to do an incredible walk-in cooler instead of a pantry. Lastly, we had a great contractor, but at times, Becky and her team helped us keep them moving forward and accountable for the quality of their finishes. We're happy we worked with her and would absolutely do it again in the future.

We began working with Becky and her team in May of 2021 to redesign and enlarge our 1960’s era home. It is a multi-phase project, the first of which is a second-story addition, which we recently completed. We couldn’t be happier with the process or result! Working with Becky and her project manager, Derek Eversmann, has truly been a joy! Becky’s talent and enthusiasm for the project made the journey very manageable and low stress. Becky drew plans for a remodeled master bath and walk in closet. She reimagined the spaces to utilize every wish I had for the space including a stackable washer/dryer, toilet room, two vanities, vanity table, and plenty of storage. I suggested a few tweaks to the plan and she happily made the changes. I would hire her again!
