I have been thinking to build my custom and special dream house for years, Jerry Liu and his team made my dream comes true, I enjoyed the time to work with him during the design process, has patient, creativity and passionate on the project very impress me, he understands the style of the house I want to build and my requirement in 1 or 2 meetings and provide a draft in a week which surprised me with his brave and creative idea. Jerry Liu is responsible and responsive, with few conversations in our chat group, he gets my idea, provides quick feedback, design options, and even 3D Model to help me understand the design pro and con. With a lot of constraints of the project like irregular lot shape, environment, and a tight budget, he worked closely with my builder to resolve most of the challenges. Not only with his talent in Architecture design, but he also manages the time well, he initiated and coordinated meetings with contractors, builder, and myself to explain his design concept. I highly recommend BLA to any homeowner who plans to build a unique and special house.

This year I decided to tear down my house and build a new property for my family. I hired Bla Design Group Ltd. to be our architect for this project and couldnt be happier.
