Axiom was wonderful to work with. We had a small plot with wetland and zoning restrictions so it wasn't easy. They helped us through the Zoning board and Conservation commission meetings. They came up with several plans for a new house for us to work with. They listened to our wishes and worked with us to make it all fit. Axiom was there with us the whole way during the construction process. They would come by and check in and e-mail us progress reports weekly or every other week. If things seemed to be moving slower then they should Axiom was there with a poking to move things along. I don't plan on building another home but if I did I would hire Axiom Architects again!!!

We chose Axiom Architects to design our 3200 sq ft home based on the quality of the symmetry, scale and points of interest we admired in homes they designed or renovated in our area, as well as referrals we received from other satisfied clients. Jim translated our 'wish list' into reality, while keeping in mind that we had a specific budget. He even divided the project into Phase 1 and Phase 2 for future additions of an outdoor pergola and a finished basement. I really liked his value-added perspective. For example, suggesting the size and placement of windows to accentuate the light that comes into our home. He also had an excellent sense of how we would live in open-concept main-floor space and maximizing the sight lines to focal points and flexibility to scale up or down entertainment seating based on the need to accommodate guests. Judging by the interest we receive from people who either enter, or slow down as they walk by to take pictures, I believe Axiom Architects did a first rate job of designing a beautiful home for us, which we truly love. We have recommended Jim and his group to others without hesitation.

Designed and overseer-ed construction of two houses. Great quality, cannot say enough good about Axiom Architects. From the start to the finish everything that they did was of the best quality.

I worked with the Axiom team to design a custom built home with a tricky lot, having interviewed at least three other firms. Axiom worked with me on staying within my budget and took all my need/wish list items into consideration. The end result was exactly as I had envisioned if not better.
