My husband and I shopped several different websites for the perfect floorplan and we always came back to Architectural Design because we LOVED the fact that they provide you with client albums. Being able to see not just the exterior of the house but also the interior helps make a difficult decision so much easier in my opinion! We created an Instagram page for our house build and they have communicated with us throughout the entire process and encourage us to upload the pictures of the progress on the house and I absolutely love seeing our house showcased on their website so that hopefully it helps someone else with their decision on the perfect floorplan!

My husband & I highly recommend Architectural Designs for any house plan. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer service is top notch. We ordered house plan 56440sm and the ordering process was easy and we were really impressed with the shipping time. We have been in our new home for a little over a month and it is truly our dream home. We are so thankful for AD making this possible.

We purchased AD House Plans plan number 4122wm with a basement foundation and could not be happier with it! The plan was thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of space. Architectural Designs was easy to order from, and we received our plans promptly. They were also quick to respond to questions and provided us with everything we needed to begin our home building journey. AD is the absolute best! The customer service is incredible, they’re helpful and very quick to reply. They reply within minutes every time. I would use AD over and over again if I could and would recommend them to anyone!

We debated purchasing these vs. having plans drawn up and decided to the make purchase. These plans were spot on and excellent quality. They arrived on time with no issues at all. Our builder was fantastic and he was able to slightly modify the plans in a couple of places with NO problem. We finished our home ahead of schedule and about 8K below budget. Architectural Designs produces top quality plans!

Our house plan search began in 2018, we fell in love with a AD plan because of the vast porches! It was also great seeing actual photos of the home built. AD began working with us on modifying the plan to fit our dream & budget. They were quick to answer questions and offer wise suggestions. We received our modified plans in spring of 2019 but did not break ground until spring of 2020. The plans were clear and we heard no complaints from our builder nor any of his contractors that used them. AD were great to work with! We LOVE our home!

She built Architectural Designs House Plan 16887WG in Georgia and we helped her with changes including extending the master bedroom 4 feet, removing the master bathtub and interior fireplace, adding a fireplace to the screened porch in back and making 9-foot ceilings throughout the home.
