We used Alex to help us with ideas and plans for our substantial house renovation, following a terrible experience with a previous architect. As well as taking the time to understand our difficulties and situation, Alex actually went out of his way to help us improve the original plans and as a result we have a much better new design we are very happy with. He also helped us sort out all the structural and building regs drawings so that we have everything our builder needs. He was professional throughout and actually he's such a very nice guy and very easy to work with, so it made for a pleasant experience. I would recommend him completely.

We hired Alex to draw up plans for an extension and reconfigure the interior of our 1980’s house improving our living space. After discussing our requirement he presented ideas to us which were always creative, he responded promptly to any contact we made to him. We found him friendly and professional and his extensive knowledge enabled us to obtain planning approval with our local authority. Alex Durao provided us with detailed drawings and advice , when we decided to raise the roof and put an extension on our bungalow. He thought of clever ideas of how to maximise our living space and modernise the dated 60’s bungalow look .
