Amir and his team were amazing. They were meticulous in every aspect of the job. They were clean, timely, and courteous at all times. I was so grateful for him. We switched contractors early on in our full home renovation and I'm so glad that we did. At no point did I question the quality of work that was taking place. Lighting, tile placement, paint choice, floors- he guided us in every aspect and made sure that things were installed perfectly. It was a very satisfying renovation and our home is beautiful. Personally, Amir was a joy to work with and eased any fears I had about the process or securing properpermits. They are truly the best and I'm so relieved that he took on our project when he did.

AAl-Poggenpohl just completed two wall units in our home and we could not be happier. The design process was easy and the installation was most impressive. The product is first rate and the respect that the AAl- Poggenpohl ream had for our residence during the installation was commendable. The attention to detail is amazing and the finished product has transformed our home. I highly recommend this team and this product.

My project involved an extensive renovation of my iconic Watergate apartment. The work included an entire kitchen remodel with state of the art appliances and silestone counter tops, as well as new air conditioner housing of the highest architectural standards, new fireplace surround and decorative shelving. The quality of the work was excellent and the workers a pleasure to deal with. The length of the project was prolonged due to Covid and supply chain issues, but I was kept informed at all times along the way as to status of orders. At the end of the project, the attention to detail in completing the punch list was unmatched in my experience. The director of AAI PoggenPohl, Amir Farazad, was a pleasure to work with and I recommend this company without reservation.

Everyone knows Poggenpohl cabinetry is the best... the look and quality of the cabinets is incredible, and the assortment of devices/inserts available to customize the kitchen to the users' preferences and the way users work in it is unparalleled. But the most rewarding part of the experience for us was working with AAI-Poggenpohl to customize the design of our own kitchen. They REALLY understand the multitude of ways in which different people prep and cook, so they were able to help us figure out the design that matches the way we work. We are continually impressed with how well the kitchen functions for us!

AAI (Poggenpohl Mid-Atlantic Region) did an excellent job on our bathrooms during the pandemic in 2020. The management and construction teams are professional and knowledgeable. They delivered high-quality work and paid attention to detail. Amir Farazad and Javid Farazad ensured that our bathrooms were completed successfully. We are very happy with our beautiful bathrooms and we highly recommend AAI!

My experience with AAI Poggenpohl has been excellent. Amir heads up the organization and he has impeccable taste. Part of my goal was to rid my kitchen of its builder’s grade feel and the other was to have a tranquil space with clean lines. Amir delivered. We knocked down the wall between the kitchen and living room and Amir helped us refinish the floors, banister, and chose a perfect color of paint that brought the new space together, taking into account the color of our existing furniture, etc. I had been thinking about our kitchen remodel for quite some time before I came to AAI, so I had some definite opinions about what I was interested in and Amir accomplished it, recommended some excellent solutions, and kept me from making mistakes. We don’t have an enormous amount of space and the layout is restrictive, so an efficient use of space was important to me. So, I got it all, and it was on time and on budget.

AAI-Poggenpohl designed and built a new kitchen and two new bathrooms for my condo in Chevy Chase, MD. The quality of their work and the professionalism of all of the employees i interacted with (designer, architect, plumber, carpenter, project manager, etc.) surpassed all of my expectations. I knew from day 1 that I would be getting a beautiful, functional outcome for a relatively small space that had been built 35 years earlier. Thank you, everyone, for your flexibility during the design phase, and for the incredible care you showed during the 3-month process. My family and I enjoy my new space so much everyday!

We had Poogenpohl of Bethesda renovate the Kitchen and 2 bathrooms (master + guest) in our condo. They did a beautiful job. Amir Farazad (owner) was a delight to work with. He handled all of the permitting and condo board approvals. Once we decided on a design, it was very easy. His workers are meticulous! Great attention to detail. Highly recommended.
