George's contact details were passed to us in relation to our garage conversion. We required an architect to submit drawings to the Council for the building warrant. George was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to our enquiry promptly; liaised with the Council on our behalf and kept us up to date at all times with how the application was progressing. It was a very smooth and efficient service.

I would highly recommend George at A1 architectural design. George gave us good advice was very professional and efficient. Any changes to plans were made without any problem and George communicated all steps of the process with us answering all our questions. A1 architecture was recommended to me by my builder ,we were looking to renovate the full property which included takeing down several walls and installing structural beams etc . George provided all the necessary drawings ,specifications, and details which were to comply with current building regulations. George’s knowledge and in-depth attention to detail is second to none I would highly recommend A1 architecture.

I have known George for several years now. Being a builder myself i have worked with and continue to work with clients and other architects that have done drawings for them. 70% of the time this will result in some sort of issue based on the drawings. When clients come to me looking for architectural services then A1 Architecture is the only recomendation that i would put forward. The drawings are clear and easy to understand & if you need any further info then George is always available to help out. I have used A1 architecture for my own personal home alterations etc. not once have i had an issue. Hence why i continue to point all my future clients in Georges direction. Thus knowing when the time comes to build, the drawings will be exactly how they should be. Clear & simple. (Not always the case in this industry) Buildtek

We appointed George to design our garage conversion and kitchen alterations. We asked out 3 architects for advice and prices. George was the most proffesional out of everybody and I was comfortable leaving George to come up with the plans for the project, knowing that they would be done as discussed at our meeting. The garage and kitchen works have been completed without issue & turned out better than we could have hoped for. Our next project will be a side extension and George will be the only architect we turn to for plans etc. 5 star service, friendly & efficient together with competitive pricing.

I have known George for many year and he has prepared detailed architectural designs and drawings for a few projects in the past. The current one is a substantial two-storey extension of a large detached house. George is highly experienced, meticulous in detail, ultra-reliable, is always there when he says he will be and delivers his promises. His knowledge of designs as well as what works and proposing practical solutions is excellent. His experience in anticipating and negotiating with Planning Departments has proven invaluable and his fees are very reasonable and great value for money.
