Please try and remember there was a packet of info that I brought with me to our first meeting. I recall telling you guys that it is a general outline of how a project will play out & that it was based on NEW construction & because there are so many variables with a remodel we adjust it according to what is needed/wanted. Your project was a remodel of your first floor, there really is no reason to do any sort of elevations of the exterior of your house. At one time I even asked you if you wanted me to do the front elevation because of some window modifications and you said, "no." I would have gladly done all the elevations and anything else you wanted but it was a waste of your money. What I see as the biggest issue is that you are confusing my outline as my proposal. The proposal is what I emailed you with my hourly rate, it had Proposal at the top and stated what I would be doing for the project and how much the deposit needed to be.
When you both were in at the office you both agreed to the direction we were going and when I talked to your husband on the phone a couple weeks later he was completely fine with what we were doing & we even made some minor modifications to the plan.
For a 1 floor remodel there really only is 2 sheets that would be needed or wanted. There is a demo plan and then there is a construction plan that is fully detailed and dimensioned, other than that if you want anything else all you had to do was ask. This is what I discussed at our first meeting, anything other than that would be unnecessary but would gladly do.
I have to say I was surprised that you posted what you did, if there were issues with anything you should have brought them to my attention so I could fix them instead of going directly to Houzz. My office door is open from 5am-5pm just about every day and I take calls any time of the day or return them within 24 hours. I meet clients in the morning, in the evening, at their homes and during their kids nap times. I do just about anything for my clients and will continue to do so, that still goes for you, please call, text, email or stop in so we can discuss how I can make you happy.
