Tracy's creative genius and 'can-do' approach helped us create a beautiful, functional & stylish home that now flows seamlessly from "old" to "new" to "outdoor living" space. Our project was a renovation within existing envelope, of the downstairs rear of our small terrace (circa late 1800's - early 1900's). Our brief was to improve light & airflow, maximise our usable space PLUS increase storage. In addition we wanted improved cooking/dining facilities that flowed indoor/outdoor, functional/tidy laundry space & improved main bathroom facilities. And it all had to flow seamlessly from the "old", more traditional front of the house. Tracy's design took the small, pokey rooms, opened up & reconfigured the space, inserted tall cupboards along the walls and joined the old to the new with a new (Australian standards) staircase. The end result - a wonderful, stylish space that works incredibly well, looks amazing and meets all the stated requirements. Working with Tracy was a pleasure - friendly, approachable, consultative, very helpful and with great ideas. He was totally invested in providing a design that met our tastes & requirements and we LOVE the end result.

Tracey was the architect for our house in neutral bay. He did the design through to council submission and supported us through builder selection . He then provided weekly advice, supporting me in communications with the builder through to project completion . I was a novice renovator and Tracy guided me in a gentle and kind manner every step. He has a amicable personality which makes it easy to work with him. His designs were considered for family living and respectful of budget yet his designs did not compromise on style. Lastly , as a local to my area, Tracey was able to visit on weekends or evenings at a time that suited me, which made he process very easy as a busy working family.
