Max worked tirelessly on my plans and help sort out issues in the construction for our project. He made the contractor admit they were overcharging us and they revisited the budgets after we asked them to come to our construction meetings. HIs estimate for the actual items he chose for our design were spot on. He may have taken some extra time to do the drawings but man, it was well-worth the wait as he worked out everything from top to bottom. Even our contractor was impressed with the drawings and then the material estimate. He saved us a lot of money.

Don't use him at all. I hired him to do a job. I later found out he only designs houses. He said he works with people that do the building. He referred me to people who ended up taking my money and doing fraudulent work and sub standard. I have been out of my house since May 2020. He told me my property value would double. It didn't ans the design was not what I asked for. Ultimately the contractor walked away and Max did as well. I wouldn't recommend working with him at all. I took a 40000 dollar loss and couldn't get back in my home at all. He said he would be with me until it's done. He lied.

Mr. Spriggs was hired by my company to redesign an existing house plan. He was able to transform a non-functional plan to functional. He doesn't just gives what you ask for he gives you what you need in addition to what you want. He has a futuristic vision and is truly a trend setter.
