Founded in 2005 under the experienced and dynamic leadership of Robert Higdon, Prime has already done state-of-the-art work, and left a mark on the Denver landscape. At Prime, we treat each project individually and with a dedicated, hands-on approach. Refused to complete project punch list and finishing touches. Insulted me when I called to request the work to be completed - nice way to treat your clients. Will appear sincere at first but beware as the project comes to an end. I now have to find someone else to come in and clean up all unfinished work. Warranty is probably worthless without a court order. I would also recommend requesting proof of financial stability if you decide to proceed. If you have a mid to high end or large project I definitely would not recommend.

Prime Design Build did an outstanding job on our basement remodel. Workers were always on time and all trades have excellent skills. Principal owner Robert Higdon personally did outstanding work, with great skills doing any type of construction, and offered great suggestions on various matters, including designs, colors, materials to use, even making a great recommendation on what TV to purchase for a new room. We highly recommend Robert and Prime Design Build for any construction being considered.

Pleasant to work with. Always provided good sub contractors at reasonable quotes. Became more like a friend. Was knowable in all areas or willing to do the research on specific areas.

I hired Robert to redo my bathroom and I do not regret it!! I wanted my bathroom redone so I can have walk-in shower for my grandmother. Ron(tiler) did an amazing job I could not believe how many hours he put in each day and his attention to detail. Ron and Robert were amazing to work with and they were very professional and respectful and unlike most contractors got the completed within the time frame I was told. I would highly recommend Prime Design to anyone!!!

Prime Design Build turned our tiny 600 square foot bungalow into a 3000 sq ft home. We are forever grateful. They finished the project on time and under budget. Where other firms said 'Can't be done,' Prime Design Build said 'Yes we can.'
