The service in the beginning was good. The sale was of work was well done. The problem came when the work started. We ended up supervising the work. Very little attention was given to the project. We had to call out problems the entire project. The end product was poor, and no response when tiles began to fall off and cracks presented themselves shortly after work complete. Would not recommend this contractor.

HP Builders, Inc. is a very professional company to work with, both through the work they do and their interactions with colleagues and customers. My husband and I contracted HP Builders to completely remodel three bathrooms. We are so very pleased with the results and the entire experience. Terry, Paul and Sean are very professional and so pleasant to have in our home .The craftsmanship is excellent. They were accommodating and left our home clean each day. We highly recommend HP Builders and, in fact, have used them again for other work.

Terry Keenan of HP Builders is the consummate professional. He has GREAT ideas, catches on quickly to what a homeowner wants in a remodel or an addition, and can help you stay within your budget if that is a priority. He is a GREAT guy, pleasant, respectful and easy to deal with. Over the last several years, Terry has renovated our master bath, master closet, hall bath and powder room. Two years ago, he and his worker bees totally gutted our kitchen and it is now a masterwork of tile, soapstone counters, cherry cabinets, gleaming new appliances and a cork floor. He is now in the process of working with others to turn our dark, dated and small-ish living room and the office behind it into a combined room filled with light, bookshelves, a new hearth, a cork floor and my new grand piano! Terry keeps a close eye on his workmen and what they do. He will also pitch in, if deadlines need to be met, and do some of the work himself. His recommendations of specialists ... glass cutters, stone fabricators, marble cutters, carpenters, painters, etc. ... are all top-notch. Frankly, my husband and I can't recommend Terry and his work more highly.

We did three bathrooms, divided one into two and renovated the master. HP Builders were honest, professional, on budget, easy to work with, pleasant, and trustworthy. We would use them again!

We had a full bathroom re-model. Work included a custom tile shower/tub, painting work, tile floor and lighting and associated plumbing. We were very satisfied with the work performed.

Full bathroom(s) remodeling including inciteful suggestions regarding bathroom reconfiguration, hardware and tile used; and repair of plaster wall in another room that was water damaged. The contractor was invaluable to the design of the project. He was prompt, professional with a relaxed demeanor, extremely detailed regarding the project costs, parameters and completion time-frames. HP workers were also very professional, punctual and maintained a clean work environment upon days end. They were true craftsmen. I would be very comfortable recommending HP Builders to family and friends.
