We have a large house that is well over 100 years old. Felix from Baukultur did an amazing job of designing our renovations, upholding some of the old, together with a chic new look - especially in the new kitchen. Function and style. There was a lot of attention to detail and we were consulted on every aspect of the work. Baukultur was in direct communication with the contractor in order to make sure that all was done according to specifications. This is the highest of standards in building and renovation. We worked with Felix to put on an addition to our home and to complete a gut reno throughout. We did this all in our 5 month timeline, on budget, and the result exceeded our expectations driven by Felix’s impeccable design sense and project management skills. Felix is a talented architect and designer and holds the utmost highest standards. He was not only the architect for our home but also made design recommendations and served as the project manager with being the key liaison with our general contractor. This resulted in a smooth and efficient project for us as Felix always pushed for the highest standards and if there was any issue he promptly came up with solutions. With his guidance, we totally reconfigured every room in our house (moved the location of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, etc.) which resulted in meeting our objectives to have a bigger kitchen, a brighter home with plenty of light and lots of storage. He incorporated the maximum number and size of windows and skylights creatively to bring light into our home which is invaluable to us. My husband and I always felt that we were in great hands throughout the project and really enjoyed working with him and we love our new home!

We worked with Felix to complete a main floor renovation. Felix took us through the entire experience from choosing the initial floor plan to shopping for final finishes. We loved his European design flare with clean modern lines. He not only is extremely knowledgeable about design but also knows the construction process very well. This was very helpful. We recently bought a detached home that Felix redesigned and renovated - it really was more of a complete reconstruction. After having lived in it for over 6 months, we love it!
