We Build custom Homes in the North Carolina Beach areas, and we build them with pride. Every home is given the special touch and customized to the individual home owner and their needs. We build with quality products that we stand behind and can assure your home will not only look amazing but stand the test of time!
Owned and operated by Bryant Bass who has not only lived in the area for most of his life but has spend over 17 years building homes on or around the island.

Weather you have a plan or not we do the drafting, have it checked by an engineer, plot plans, inspections, codes you name it. We set you up with local dealers to pick out all of your finishes, they work with us to keep you in your ideal budget. Nothing is hidden, their is a design and building proposal that goes along with your custom home and we strive on keeping you in the know and on track with costs and where your money is going.

We work with local distributors and have a good repertoire with them to keep costs to a minimum. We offer our standard products that are above builder grade but reasonably priced. We give allowances to stick with when picking selections. If you want to upgrade we inform you of the overages. In the initial interviews we try and get a feel for your tastes and style so we know how to budget everything before hand.
