I want to help you design what makes you comfortable, at an affordable cost, in plans that easily get through the city, and which the builder can easily follow. I've spent decades in drafting, rendering, and other design work in some form or other. I've seen a lot of house plans in my previous career as an architectural printer, including some great ideas and others that, shall we say, would have been great ideas in an anti-gravity world. As an artist, I've created perspective drawings showing aspects and details that computers just couldn't get right. Developers and homeowners who don't want to pay an architect to tell them what they already know, appreciate my experience with the needs of construction workers and the demands of city planners. I work closely with a construction consultant who has 35 years in construction and design. His great enthusiasm is for showing how you can build your dream within your budget. Since he understands how things get built, he can suggest stunning alternatives to money-gobbling features that seem like fun but cost more than is practical. Together we combine decades of experience in aesthetic design, functionality, and budget, to help you get your plans through the building department and build a beautiful and solid structure.
