Cannot trust these people!!! They did not read the directions and did not install the tiles according to the manufactures directions, and they refuse to correct! Run! Beginning May 14, 2018 my garage floor has started to buckle and this company refuses to adjust the edge tiling so their is a gap to allow for expansion and contraction. This is complete negligence, and such a dis-service. I have a new floor that is now ruined!

We just had our first experience with this company. We order a murphy bed for our guest room. They rushed the order so I could have it installed for our company who was arriving in three weeks. They had it installed and ready to use days before they arrived. We had one glitch and they took care of it the next morning. In fact the owner came out to make sure everything was complete and correct. The bed is beautiful. Easy to put up and down and looks fantastic. We had a professional experience from our first meeting selecting a bed to the final installation. Very nice sales people to installers. We will use them again in the future as they do so much more in the house besides Murphy beds.

Them men arrived on time, worked diligently under harsh conditions (high heat and humidity), did a fantastic job on my garage floor, and cleaned up completely before leaving. They did not mind if I hovered, and were kind enough to answer all my questions as they worked. I highly recommend their services. The price was on par with other companies but the products used were superior and the warranty is the longest of all the companies I contacted

We had 2 companies come out for designs and estimates. Rogerio was the second to come to our house. He was extremely polite, efficient, and designed the project while he was with us (the other company had to go back to the office for design and send it to us). He worked with us until we had the perfect design and materials. The cost was within our budget (more cabinets for less than the other company}. The team arrived on time, communicated effectively, did excellent work, took care of EVERYTHING (including touching up our paint), and it looks fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone looking to organize and beautify their garage. In this day and age of poor communication and customer service, they are a shining star! Well done Rogerio and co.

Oh my! I am totally in love with my garage and my office! Tailored Living of Pittsburgh did an excellent job! Since the first meeting to decide the project, they are such nice people and super professional! The material is really good and the professionals are wonderful. The result was awesome! I am very grateful and happy with all they did here in my house!
