Mark Morrow of SRKB renovated my condo in 2017. He did a satisfactory job. He was particularly helpful in guiding me through the process and sticking to the agreed upon budget. So it was only natural for me to hire him to build an addition to a house that I just purchased. Things started out well and Mark was available to meet with me and guide me through the initial process of applying for permits and deciding how the structure should look. Unfortunately things took a turn from there. Mark had said that the permits should take 3 weeks until approval and he'd get started on the work ASAP. At this point I had given him $19000 for permits, supplies, and to secure labor. But the permits never came. Week after week there'd be another excuse (e.g. the guy who was supposed to send application was delayed, the city was very backed up, the guy from the city who was processing was on vacation). Fiinally, (after me asking him constantly) he told me that the permits have arrived and he'd start the work soon. But then again week after week there was another excuse why he didn't start the work. On the advice of my insurance agent, I asked Mark to send me the permits that he supposedly had. And again, he always promised to send them but never did. It had been about 5 months since I contracted Mark and nothing had been done. I finally realized that something was very odd so I made the call to the permit office myself and discovered that the permits for my address were never filed. He has been lying this whole time. It took me so long to realize this because I had a positive experience the first time I worked with him and would never have suspected that he was lying to me. I do not know what happened with him that but I would never use him again and would warn any potential clients to proceed with caution. To his credit, once I confronted him, he began paying me back slowly. Although every day that I ask why it's taking so long to recoup my funds there is another excuse.

The communication was impeccable and the three D graphic presentations prior to commencing the work were superbly explained. They are not only great human beings with tremendous work ethics, they are also pleasant, reliable, true diplomats, completing the work on time and so eager to complement their tremendous qualities with very reasonable prices. No stress was present throughout the entire process. Mark and Bonnie’s great manners and respectful collaboration made this labor of love an unforgettable gift to our new home. There were no unpleasant surprises and yet, so many abundant delightful surprises as adds on to the work contracted. The creative flexibility was impressive. In the beginning of time, the loft we purchased was only a box in a very desirable location. Thanks to Mark and Bonnie’s Kitchen Wholesalers Canada, our loft became a very elegant and sophisticated contemporary environment, the envy of our friends and neighborhood. Coming home is a pleasure. Extraordinary work was completed in a relatively short time and the accommodation of so many tasks was beyond our expectations. The energy of our new home really portrays the kindness and splendid workmanship of Kitchen Wholesalers Canada. Mark and Bonnie were truly the directors of a very complex symphonic unfolding. Our appreciation is tremendous and our gratitude is immense. My recommendation for this company is reaching incommensurable proportions. We already had a line up of neighbors and friends impatiently wanting to see the transformation of a box into a luxurious sacred space. Not only the brand new kitchen looks fantastic and with very precise finishishes touches, but they also created an office, a walk in closet and recreated a bedroom with no space to enjoy a large bed into a cozy and spacious bedroom. The piece of resistance was the last masterpiece: enclosing the entrance foyer with elegant French doors. If anyone deserves an award for magical work, that's Kitchen Wholesalers Canada owned by Mark and Bonnie Morrow, complemented by a great team of spectacular workers.
