What a pleasure it was to work with Lisa. My husband and I had a vision of what we wanted in our new kitchen and master bathroom and Lisa helped us achieve just that. We love our new space and couldn't have done it without Lisa's experience and expertise. She was lovely to work with and I would highly recommend her for any homeowner looking to update and/or improve their home. She went above and beyond for us including being at our house on Thanksgiving Eve to oversee the countertop installation. Thank you!

Lisa Franklin of Old Dominion Design did a wonderful job! She designed the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room for our contemporary rural home outside Warrenton, VA, a complete style switch from our previous traditional home. We met at her showroom studio where she expertly guided us through all the possibilities and choices. After initial selections, she provided 3D images of all the cabinetry to help us fully visualize the rooms and finalize choices. Our kitchen with sleek cabinets, quartz countertops, hidden coffee bar, and quartz waterfall island amazing. It is not only beautiful but extremely functional for a couple aging in place. Lisa was easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. She was on site when everything was installed and made sure any issues were handled very quickly. I am very pleased to recommend her.

Working with Lisa was the best decision! We decided to remodel our kitchen and she was MORE than helpful figuring out the best flow and function for our family. Our initial meetings were super helpful to nail down what we really wanted in cabinets. She made sure to work with our budget and schedule. Once the cabinets came in she was there to make sure all were accounted for. Once the cabinets were unboxed any issues (broken, scratched etc) she made sure to correct that ASAP. We are beyond happy with the results and would recommend Lisa and Old Dominion Design. We can't wait to use her for future home renovation projects :)

Lisa is an amazing designer and great to work with. She did an excellent job designing my kitchen and providing guidance throughout every step and decision along the way. I appreciated her involvement with the architect and contractor on some technical issues and her many site visits to see the whole process through, including planning out all the hardware at the end of the project. Lisa was fantastic in helping us design our kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. She provided numerous amounts of samples so that we could decide on color and material and picked the perfect finishing touches for each of our design areas. Lisa is super great to work with and has a real accommodating nature.

Lisa is amazing! She was extremely patient with me during our 2 year kitchen project. I wanted a custom kitchen that was not at all cookie cutter. She exceeded my expectations with her knowledge of all the cabinetry details that go into the design. My kitchen was semi-custom with a lot of changes, built-in appliances, farm sink, countertop to ceiling cabinets that required attention for the counter top install. She was very organized and prepared when the cabinet installer came out to install. She came out to meet with him and had the plans printed out for him with lots of notes to ensure a correct install. She also came out and spent a long time with the counter top installer to make sure no detail was missed. That turned out to be so worth it! I was not aware of potential problems with that. We had another company, that was not recommended by Lisa, do our bathroom vanity counter tops and you can tell the difference in quality of install. Lisa warned me of that when it came time for our kitchen counters. She is very easygoing and doesn’t try to sell you at all on unnecessary products. Because of that I felt comfortable taking my time on the decisions I had to make. She is worth her weight in gold. Hire her and you won’t regret it. You’ll be so happy with the final result!!!!

Loudoun Construction has worked closely with Old Dominion Design on several insurance restoration projects. Lisa is very responsive, very versed on building codes and most of all makes sure any design is functional. Restoring a high end kitchen can be extremely detailed and Lisa has a great way of helping our clients through the process. Thanks for all you do!
