This business is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. He was a referral from another contractor. I was looking to have my island sanded and stained to look like white oak. When his son Brandon came on site, I showed him a picture of what I was looking for, and he got started. On day 2 of the job (after making my kitchen unusable), he came for 1.5 hours. On day 4 of the job, he decided to take a day off. When it came to stain, I asked for white oak, he understood it as white wash. So he asked me to go to his sherwin williams store 1 hour away to pick out the color I want. I did that - took a half day off, drove there and spent time to get the more "natural" look. I then texted him what they told me. He came next day and sanded more of the island and then started staining it. In the meantime, he kept leaving corners, edges, and chunks of wood brown (see pics). So I spent hours resanding because it looked half sanded. Finally, he came and sprayed top coat. Then came back next day, the coat was still sticky. Then came back 3 days later, the coat was still sticky. Mind you this is 2 weeks now without a kitchen , with a huge mess, and little kids running around. On day 3, he came back and told me the store screwed up and didn't add proper chemicals. So he had to restart the process all over to get the proper top coat. 2 hours into the job, he basically says i'm done, i can't get this to come off. So.. 2 weeks later, he ruined my island, he didn't finish the job, he left the cabinets half stripped, all the boxes all sticky, with NO GUARANTEE that painting will solve the problem. When I asked for the deposit back, he cussed out my husband. So do yourself a favor, and stay away from this guy.

Started good but ended terrible they came in worped my cabinet doors blaming it on old doors but aftr having anothr ecpert come they said my doors got moisture in them bcuz they stored them upright which they should have been flat and they should have been in a controlled invironment not my garage and kitchen while windows were open when it was raining. Tried to get them back it took a month and the son came not Bryan, poor customer service and they painted my cabinets with the wrong kind of paint and halfway bcuz since Feb 2020 my doors are peeling already since May and i showed them and they did nothing. So I'm left with cabinets that looks like i did them.

We recently had our floors refinished to a darker red mahogany, and needed our staircase railings and upper landing finished to match it. Bryan and his team came in and did an exceptional job! Not only was the quality great, but the timing and price to complete our woodwork project were very reasonable.

They were on the job when promised and completed it when promised. The price quoted was exact. I have dealt with numerous contractors over the years and North Georgia Custom Stainworks rates at the top. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was done with as little inconvenience as possible. I will not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them 100%.

I love the work done on my kitchen! Brian and his team painted and glazed my kitchen cabinets. The original cabinets were brown. The cream paint and brown glaze updated and brightened the entire room. Brian and the team were professional, friendly, timely and responsive to all our requests. I can't wait until they start on my next project!

We had ugly oak cabinets from the 80's and could not afford to buy new cabinets. We never imagined we could have them painted and end up with a finish that looked like custom cabinets, but that is exactly what we got. The cabinets are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. When the cabinets were done, we decided to talk to Brian about distressing and painting my grandmothers antique dining room table, sideboard and china cabinet. He listened to our thoughts and what we had envisioned. He helped us choose the different colors of paint to get the desired effect then he began the process. He gave us exactly what we asked for and the furniture looked beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We feel so blessed to have found Brian and highly recommend this company. He cares and wants his customers to be satisfied with his work. He is dependable, honest, and does quality work for the price he quotes in the timeframe he promised. These jobs were done two years ago and our cabinets and furniture look like they did when he left our home. We couldn't be more pleased.

North Georgia Customs did a wonderful job! My kitchen is a dream!! The kitchen island is a wonderful eye catching piece. Such beauty turns your kitchen into a work of art before you begin cooking and entertaining. the fine wood detail finishing on each cabinet and corner. Glass cabinet doors and over the refrigerator cabinets. Cabinets, cabinets and more cabinets! Very friendly! I highly recommend for affordable prices!!
