Mikes Factory Direct were wonderful from start to finish. Very professional not a single glitch in these trying times. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Mike's Factory Direct to do my new kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms and laundry update in my home in Fairfield -- It is rare these days to find a contractor who does exactly what they say they will do, for the price they say it will cost. But Mike from design and to all small details did all ! My kitchen, bathrooms and laundry looks great Mike is that with his experience in the interior designs has a great eye and gives great direction on colors and other interior design decisions. I would not hesitate to hire Mike and his crew to do additional projects in my home or to refer him to others.

Mike offered good suggestions for our kitchen layout. He knows current trends and finds ways to get you what you want with your renovation. He was responsive with our concerns, and worked within our budget.

We did our research and went to three different places to discuss our kitchen makeover before our contractor recommended Mike. Mike was our fourth and last stop. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. During our first visit, he drew out a plan based on our measurements, took our ideas regarding the layout and added suggestions based on his experience. We even left with an estimate in hand. Mike is in the know of what is practical as well as in style and provides options for all price ranges. I finally had someone that knew how to create the perfect kitchen and he made the process easy. In addition to his expertise, he’s incredibly responsive and makes himself available if you have any questions. So the service and process was impeccable— what about the product? Well made and high quality products (which is all he carries). The measurements Mike took were precise and our cabinets installed perfectly (mind you, both a big box store AND a chain kitchen remodel business measured incorrectly). In summary, don’t bother going anywhere else, just go to Mike and save yourself a lot of frustration and time. We couldn’t be happier with our outcome and are recommending him to all our friends and family.

The following are "highlights" of our experience with Mike"s Factory Direct: -First experience in the showroom was pleasant. He spent time discussing all kitchen options. Overall design of kitchen was well thought out. -Actual delivery of kitchen cabinets was fine, although delivery date was extended. -Quality of cabinets & overall cost were good. -Problems: wrong size cabinet doors & sink was delivered damaged. Trying to get theses issues resolved was a nightmare! His staff lost papers, ordered & reordered wrong cabinets/products, etc. All these issues extended the finishing of our kitchen by months & months (and months)! Once we brought these issues to Mike's attention, he would no longer return our calls. This created a very frustrating situation! We would NOT use this company again.

Amazing Experience with these guys. Very professional. Mike was very dedicated to making sure our project was not rushed and he used the best materials.

This was kitchen #17 for me. Mike's delivery time was the shortest of any company... by weeks! The quality of the cabinets is on par with the most expensive custom cabinets I have ever purchased at a fraction of the cost. They are solid, straight and square, no particle board or MDF. There are cabinets with more bells and whistles out there, but no cabinets can touch Mike's quality at his prices! The money I saved on these cabinets went to the purchase of higher end appliances for a truly great kitchen. * Out of 32 cabinet doors delivered, 1 had a slight warp to it which I returned to Mike and 3 days later I had a brand new door, no questions asked. That's customer service!

I came to Mike's after purchasing my first home a single lady. The kitchen was a total gut. Nothing worked and it was old and out dated. I knew it could be great and I knew what I wanted. Mike calmed my fears and showed me what it could be, he made suggestions and showed me on his tablet how it was going to look. I was over joyed. Then it came down to the price,I was pleasantly surprised. I love my new kitchen and everyone that sees it loves it too.

Overall very good experience. The owner (Mike) was very hands-on from the very first meeting until the project was finished. He is very knowledgeable about the products and vendor options but also offered some helpful insight around general construction projects, etc. Prices are competitive, he will work with you to fit your budget and house needs.

I bought my kitchen cabinets here in 2014 and the design plan was excellent and they were easy to work with. I also bought a bathroom vanity and quartz top and working with Mike was very easy and he is very helpful. I would buy from here again and again.

A consummate professional. I have been extremely happy with Mike and his company. They were prompt, professional and courteous. That is saying a lot these days. I did a large project and Mike was there to help every step of the way. When miscommunication occurred or minor mistakes were made, they made good on everything. From the design, very affordable budgeting and the installation Mike and his team make the overwhelming task of remodeling your kitchen a positive and exciting experience. Over the past 5 years my family has worked with Mike and his team with 4 very successful kitchens remodels . They will make sure you think of every detail and offer very creative solutions so you can get as close to your dream kitchen as possible. Prices are so much more affordable than competitors one wonders how they do it. Trust me ,it's real , hence the 4 kitchens. Words of advice based on our experience: Leave yourself plenty of time Mike and his team are very busy and each step takes time.Be patient when things will inevitably slow the process for one reason or another. Make sure you get a contractor that knows what they are doing .

Mike's Factory Direct provided me great support, advice, and material for my kitchen renovation. Upfront, Mike and his team provided both 2D and 3D drawings and representations that helped us visualize our final design. He also walked us through the do's and don't's of what we wanted to do, as well as provided us recommendations to maximize our space and value. Throughout the renovation, Mike and his team supported the work quickly and with high quality. When something was needed, he was quick to act and help close on important open issues. Mike’s Furniture Factory Direct did a kitchen remodel for us. We are very happy with our new kitchen and their prices are unbeatable! They were flexible with making adjustments as we went through the process. We spent countless hours designing and planning and Mike always made us feel comfortable and had many great ideas. He helped us design our dream kitchen and paid attention to every detail we wanted in our new kitchen. The staff was extremely responsible with returning phone calls and e-mail during the months we spent designing to completing the remodel. There were a couple minor issues with some cabinets coming in damaged but the staff was quick to reorder and make everything just right. We were very satisfied with their work and we would highly recommend them.

Great prices, good quality materials and good personal customer service. Cost was 40% less than any other quote. What more could you ask for. Mike was great!

I had Mike survey my kitchen and review my architect's design. I ordered cabinets, counter tops, and hardware from Mike as well. Came out excellent and very cost effective. Totally recommend.

I worked with Mike on my kitchen and purchased my cabinets as well as roll out shelves and other organization systems from his store. He had some really good ideas so that I could better utilize my space. In addition he provided me with names of other contractors that were reliable and reasonably priced. I'm really happy with how the project turned out and have gotten many compliments.
