We remodeled our house. Manor Sales did cabinets for our main kitchen plus a basement kitchen, plus 4 bathrooms. The planning was excellent; communication was good, as well. Workers were on time. The cabinets are beautiful. The owner personally made sure we were satisfied.

We got our cabinets from KIB 3 years ago. KIB was great to work with. They made us feel valued and respected as customers by making it comfortable to take our time making a selection and patiently answering all our questions. They were quick in the total process of measuring to installation. Their prices are amazing and the wood is great quality. The reason the prices are so much lower than most is because the cabinets are not custom built for your kitchen. KIB only builds one size. Their cabinets are more narrow than our old cabinets were. After getting to know our new cabinets, we discovered we have to either open both doors of a cupboard in order to get plates out or tilt the plates a little sideways if we only want to open one side. Otherwise, the plates scrape the sides. Also because of the dimensions, the appliances are no longer on all one kind of floor. We had tile installed around our old cupboards, and the new cupboards were narrower. This left gaps on the floor. We put plywood in the gaps as a quick fix so we wouldn't delay installation. We can still go back and put tile there but we haven't yet. It's hard to move the oven out because it catches on the slight difference of the tile and plywood underneath. I wouldn't recommend getting painted cabinets if you have small children. We got ivory-painted cabinets. They're so beautiful, but the paint has worn in several small places because of rough treatment. Sometimes my kids forget to wipe the water off the cupboards after doing dishes and the paint has peeled there. So with small kids I'd go with the wood stained cabinets. It was a little difficult to get someone to come out for touch up work that was needed following installation (so not because of my kids). Overall, the cupboards are beautiful and the negative points are counter balanced by the great price.

This KIB Direct team helped us get our beautiful kitchen ordered and shipped on a tight turn around before we moved in. They offered great quality, beautiful options that didn't bust our budget. The process was very easy, the communication was great and shipping came fast. The billing process was clear, easy and they were easy to get a hold of for questions throughout the project. I would highly recommend using them for your remodel, new build and if you're a GC looking for a one-stop shop, these folks are great!

I thought I was getting custom cabinets from KIB but they actually take RTA cabinets and assemble them for you. This is fine for those that are not handy and are ok paying the upcharge for assembly and delivery. I believe that KIB will also install for an additional cost. I installed the cabinets myself. I found later that buying directly from the RTA store online was cheaper and I was able to easily put them together myself. I was also disappointed that KIB did not tell me the cabinets I chose were being discontinued because now I cant get matching cabinets for my laundry room. Overall KIB is a pleasant company to work with and Derek is great. I just should have investigated my options more before I committed.

These guys are great. The have a lot of great options with an endless possibilities. The install the latest trends and still have the classics avail. The are up on the latest and greatest. The entire staff is great to work with. The do what they say they will do and I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with KIB Direct and with our salesman Derek Girdler. They are attentive to your needs and friendly service is great. I like the quality of the cabinets. They are all wood cabinets and you just can not beat the price, ANYWHERE. Would definitely purchase from them again and again. We built our own home and I get many compliments on our cabinetry.

We had KIB Direct install some white cabinets in our office and also a small black vanity in our bathroom. We couldn't be happier! Our white kitchen cabinets were manufactured by a different company. The difference in quality is striking between the two companies. KIB's cabinets are solid and the paint doesn't chip like my kitchen cabinets. They are beautiful and the hardware is sturdy. I would absolutely recommend this company to my closest friends when choosing cabinets.
