When there wasn’t anyone in Houston to buy a professional 36 range from that would install, these guys did a wonderful job! They were prompt and fast! Love my new oven!

I was so pleased with K&N's customer service from start to finish especially Brandon Kahl! We had some bumps but wow Brandon was on top of it. Super responsive, kept me informed and made everything right at the end. Brandon kept us informed of order status periodically in the 10-11 months it took to get all of our items for our kitchen - wolf and subz - we are so glad we ordered early. He also came out to do a check of cabinetry, etc to ensure everything was perfect and ready for install.

Using K&N was a great experience. We live in a 3 story townhome with the living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor and the laundry on the 3rd floor. Removing our old refrigerator and washer and dryer and then installing our new appliances is no easy task but the team that K&N sent over really did an outstanding job. The team was professional, pleasant even with the huge task ahead. They made sure there was time to clean the area before they install the new ones. There was absolutely no damage to any of our walls, wood stairs or wood floors. Our whole experience with K&N from the purchase (thanks Kelsey) to the installation reinforced that out decision to use K&N was the best one we could make. A special shout out to John, Joe and Jason.

We purchased all the appliances for a new build from this company as K&N was recommended by the builder. Out of 12 appliances, 6 were installed incorrectly which K&N fixed in a timely fashion. A few months later, a freezer shelf broke and I contacted K&N to purchase a replacement. Initially, I was told by the salesperson that they could order it. However, my subsequent emails and voicemails were ignored. I eventually spoke to a different salesperson who informed me that they do not order replacement parts. They have a showroom displaying the appliances, but I sense they don't know (nor care about) the level of user friendliness of particular appliances or reviews of these appliances from their customers. Had we known about a feature on the microwave we would have never have purchased it (there is no way to override the alarm signaling your meal is done- until you open the door it just keeps beeping forever and ever and ever...) My sense is that K&N focuses on the builders whose projects they can fill with $30K+ of appliances and not on the end user consumer who is ultimately the one purchasing them.

Wanted to give an excellent review to Patrick, our sales guy as well as the installers. We are a building company and we use Patrick for all of our projects and he always comes through. I am the warranty coordinator for the company and Patrick is always available when I need the most smallest things. Thank you a ton Patrick. The installers that I worked with this week, John and Jason did a top notch job. John was on time and very thorough in checking an item the inspector pointed out in which the inspector was incorrect. Thank you John for taking care of the small stuff.

I just wanted to share how good of a job Chris and Rudy did for me today. They came out and fixed my electrical issues without any problems. I love my new appliances and I will be coming back. Thank you guys at K&N Sales. Great service.
