M.M. Parrish Construction was founded in 1968 to perform commercial & residential construction in North Central Florida. Over the years & through many projects, MMPCC trades personnel performed demolition, cast in place structural concrete, site concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, installation of doors & hardware, installation of specialties, installation of cabinets & millwork, as well as many other aspects of projects that require skilled craftsmen. M.M. Parrish Construction is still mentioned as a symbol of superior craftsmanship when a home or project built by MMP is sold. As the industry changed, we decided to offer our craftsmanship to other construction management companies & in 2001 formed Gulf Construction Services. For the past 11 years, Gulf has provided the services mentioned to MMPCC and other contractors with the long standing reputation for quality, on-time delivery and professional management of all our services. In 2007, we acquired Tri-County Millwork & expanded our services to include quality custom cabinets & millwork for all residential and commercial projects.
